This was the first of many property brochures I created for Coldwell Banker. The home was being offered at over one million dollars, so the brochure needed to reflect the quality and luxury of the home.
This was an 11" by 17" sheet, folded to 11" by 8.5", printed on thick, glossy stock with a UV coating to emphasize the photography. The blank area on the back was left for the direct mail company to print. I also wrote the descriptive copy for this project.
I created this business card, along with a corporate brochure, letterhead and envelopes, for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty’s Developer Services division.
Although the client wanted a clean, fresh look, I needed to stay within the parameters set forth in Coldwell Banker's corporate design style guide. The end result is a newer, trendier style that still conveys the professionalism and tradition associated with the company.
Another property brochure; this time the house was being offered at almost two million dollars. I chose a marble texture and subtle tiled design for the interior pages to give a rich, warm feeling without distracting from the photography.
